#HYPOCRISY on Prague Finge Festival

#Hypocrisy interrogates Western privilege within our increasingly racist world, and the growth of subjective compassion that is emerging alongside it - for example, why we are so quick to mourn the victims of Western terror incidents yet repeatedly turn our backs on the migrant crisis. Its intention is to unsettle in order to inspire change, yet always being sure to promote hope over despair to end on a note that empowers the individual. The show is part of Prague Fringe Festival and it takes place on May 24, 25, 26 and 27 May in Museum of Alchemists in Prague.

#Hypocrisy has been described as 'life-affirming artistry' (Everything Theatre ★★★★★), 'worthwhile and poignant' (The Wee Review), and 'a tonic for the tribal times we live in' (Darren McGarvey, Orwell Prize-winning author).

Some #Hypocrisy accolades include:

  • Sold out Edinburgh Fringe run (2018)
  • Longlisted for the Amnesty International Freedom of Expression Award (2018)
  • Currently shortlisted for 'Best Spoken Word Show' in UK-wide Saboteur Awards (2019)
